The quiet work of your lymphatic system đż
Your lymphatic system works quietly in the background every day, supporting immunity, circulation and detoxification. When it becomes sluggish, we often feel heavy, puffy or run down.
Manual lymph drainage is one of my favourite treatments to offer. Itâs slow, gentle and deeply calming, supporting your body to do what it already knows how to do.
If your body is asking for softness and support, you can book via my website đ¤

Stress lives in the body too.
Stress doesnât just live in the mind. It shows up in digestion, hormones, sleep and immunity.
In my clinic, we focus on calming the nervous system first. When the body feels safe, healing becomes possible.
Youâre very welcome to book a consultation through my website if youâre feeling the effects of long-term stress đ¤

When your body whispers...
Your body rarely shouts at first. It whispers through fatigue, disrupted sleep, skin changes or that feeling of being a little out of sync.
I love helping people slow down enough to listen. Together, we gently uncover what your body is asking for and support it naturally.
If this resonates, you can explore working with me via my website đż

đ¤ A gentle reminder about âDr Googleâ + ChatGPTâŚ
I totally understand why people search their symptoms online.
When youâre not feeling your best, you just want answers (fast).
But hereâs the thingâŚ
When you ask the internet (or even ChatGPT) for health advice, it can only give you information based on whatâs available in general.
It canât:
⢠see your full health history
⢠connect the dots between your symptoms
⢠consider your stress levels, sleep, hormones, digestion, lifestyle and emotional load
⢠look at patterns over time
⢠understand your body as a whole
And thatâs where personalised support matters đ
Because your body isnât a list of symptoms, itâs a full system.
And often, what youâre feeling is your body asking for deeper care and attention, not just a quick fix.
If youâve been feeling âoffâ and youâre ready to explore whatâs going on beneath the surface, Iâm here to help đż

I am a qualified Naturopath and Lymphoedema Therapist. My journey with natural and complementary therapies began in my teenage years when I looked for alternative and natural treatments to help with my own health issues. I have always been particularly fascinated about old home remedies. After migrating to Australia from Germany I began studying Naturopathy at the Perth Academy of Natural Therapies and graduated with the Advanced Diploma in 2004. In addition to Naturopathy, I completed 4 weeks of training in Manual Lymph Drainage and Combined Decongestive Therapy at the Dr Vodder School. In 2009 I graduated from Southern Cross University with the Bachelor of Natural Therapies.
After graduating I worked part-time in private practice in the Northern Suburbs of Perth, Western Australia. In 2016 my family and I moved to Torbay in the Great Southern of Western Australia. In May 2018 I started practicing again as a Naturopath and Lymphoedema Therapist at the Albany Body & Mind Health in Albany, WA. From July 2020 I will be offering Manual Lymph Drainage sessions at the Denmark Natural Therapy Centre, Denmark WA.
I am passionate about working with clients to achieve better health and well-being using gentle natural therapies. I strongly believe in natureâs healing powers and the bodyâs vital ability to heal and maintain itself. Nowadays, there are lots of stressors affecting our well-being and it is essential that we support and strengthen our whole body. My holistic approach to health means that I consider the whole person by taking into account physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, social and environmental factors having an influence on our health.
I regularly attend professional seminars to keep up to date with the latest research and I also enjoy learning from clients.
I am a professional member of the NHAA (Naturopaths & Herbalists Association of Australia).
