Happy World Physiotherapy Day to all my fellow physio’s.

The work we do is not always seen or recognised but today is a day to celebrate what we do! We work with people from all walks of life and with a wide spectrum of conditions, the difference we make is sometimes small and sometimes life changing, but every change is helping to make someone’s life better and that’s something to be proud of 🤍

Great practical day to finish off a course covering all things adolescence, pregnancy & exercise, obstetric trauma, postpartum, menopause, lactating breast dysfunction as well as breast and pelvic oncology.

Whilst I’ve loved maternity leave, it’s time to get back to a little work. So for now, since we are still living on the York Peninsula, I’ll be joining the fabulous team at Flex Kadina for a couple of afternoons a week 👐🏼

I’ve had the pleasure of working with these girls since their inaugural season. Not only have I seen them grow and develop as athletes but also as individuals. They are an incredible bunch of women and whilst the outcome may not have been the one they wanted, I’m so proud of them for making the grand final and smashing their goals over the last 4 years 💙
