Our small group Clinical Pilates sessions are capped at just 5 people, ensuring personalised guidance every session.
📌 A 1:1 initial session is required before joining group classes.

Rachel's sessions have been filling, and we’re loving the feedback from clients who are already feeling stronger, more confident, and supported in their movement.
To join our small group Clinical Pilates classes (max 5 people), you’ll first need to book a 1:1 initial session with Rachel. This allows her to assess your body, understand your goals, and tailor your program - so when you move into group sessions, you feel safe and supported.
