So had a gander at the label on one of those energy drinks. It states 53g sugar. 4g sugar = 1 teaspoon. So that equals 13.25 teaspoons of sugar. Won't name the brand but they are all pretty much the same. One dose do Zeal contains 3.5g of a natural sweetener.
So ask yourself which one would you prefer to drink. I know which one I choose everyday.
