So many new Facebook friends after my covid-19 post last week. It's a tricky time so I truly hope it was of use to some of you. πŸ’›

I want to share some information about me for the new followers here. πŸ‘‹πŸŒΌ

🌱 I'm a holistic medical doctor with degrees in: medicine, surgery + post-grad qualifications in obstetrics and nutritional and environmental medicine.
🌱 I'm also a herbalist and until recently ran a clinic on the Gold Coast
🌱 I no longer see patients face to face but am still passionate about sharing my knowledge through my online courses and a book I co-authored with my long-time friend - out in March πŸ₯³
🌱 I've delivered over 1000 babies
🌱 I speak regularly at Gwinganna Lifestyle Retreat which is Australia's leading health retreat
🌱 I live on the Northern Rivers in NSW and when I'm not researching, I'm in my garden, on my pilates reformer or hanging out with our family dog, Dexter (who you will see quite a bit on this page).
