We have Physiotherapists with a combined experience of over 40 years and as such we have the experience to find out the root cause of your problems, rather than just treat the symptoms of your problem. Our initial physiotherapy sessions are targeted at finding the cause of your problems through our holistic and thorough assessment of your entire body. Most physiotherapists will only examine the body part related to your condition but at MyCare Physiotherapy we examine all of you to find out the relationship between different objective signs in your body. We will inform you of what we find and by the end of your 1st or 2nd physiotherapy session, you will know exactly what parts of your body that you need to work on and we will provide you with the support you need to "fix" your body. We also have an excellent crew of massage providers to soothe those aches away or provide a true deep tissue massage experience! We believe in our high quality of service and you will too when you experience a session with us at MyCare Physiotherapy. We treat a multitude of musculoskeletal conditions including:

- Start small: 10–15 minutes at a comfortable pace
- Breathe easy: inhale through the nose, exhale slowly through the mouth
- Tune in: notice 3 things you see, 2 you hear, 1 you feel
- Posture check: tall through the crown, relaxed shoulders, soft footfalls

- Inhale through your nose for 4 seconds, expanding your ribs and belly.
- Hold for 2 seconds.
- Exhale slowly through pursed lips for 6 seconds.
- Repeat 5 rounds. If you feel lightheaded, pause and breathe normally.
