This book has been several years in the writing, yet a lifetime in the making. Like a lot of other sexual abuse survivors, I have struggled my whole life with feelings of being somehow inadequate, lacking, low self-esteem and of being quiet. This is a whole new adventure for me as I finally walk my walk and talk my talk.

As a natural introvert, putting myself out there for all to see is the most challenging thing I have ever done – until I think about my journey from sexual abuse victim to survivor.

The journey from darkness to empowerment is real, it is hard fought and it is extremely challenging. Yet when all is said and done it will also be the most rewarding, exciting, and amazing experience for you.

In this book I not only talk about my story and my journey, I give you the tools and knowledge I have learned over the past 45 years on how to find your empowerment again.

You can still be an introvert, as I most certainly am – however it is now all on your terms. You now write your own story.

Things are moving and shifting and will change.

What is that old saying - "the only constant in life is change"

Drum roll please 🥁🥁🥁
After many many years of writing and stopping and starting again.
My first book is now published and available.
It is a bittersweet and surreal moment to see your dream and your life put out there for the World to see.
I wish My Steve was still here with me to see this, as he was such a huge part in putting it together. I know he is watching over and still cheering me on.

I have always been someone who wants to help others to heal and deal with some of the things in life I have experienced, because I have always felt that no one knows better than someone who has experienced it firsthand.

My voice was silenced a long time ago and it has taken me a long time to find it again.
To walk my walk but most importantly to talk my talk.

So here it is available as an E-book on Amazon (paperback version to follow)

Moving forward I aim to be putting this out there on my web page and in various book shops. So, watch this space.

A huge thank you to those who have helped putting this together, those who I interviewed for this book, those who have cheered me on and encouraged me to keep moving forward and those who have held me up and supported me over the past few months since Steve passed.

As a natural introvert this is all extremely challenging, triggering, raw and uncomfortable for me. However, at the core is a warrior women fighting for other women who have no voice or for various reasons cannot speak out.
I hear you, I see you, I am here for you.

Good Morning lovelies, I hope you are all well wherever you are. It is a bit wet here in SE Qld today, so I'll be having a lovely day inside and catching up on things.
Yesterday I had the absolute pleasure of being a part of the Somerset Health Expo it was such a joyous event filled with many stall holders doing beautiful work in their own unique fields and the attendees where open and genuinely interested in all on offer.
I had a very big aha moment upon reflection - as all our experiences are a learning curve right.
I was giving a speech during the expo and I had written my speech out three times in the days leading up to the event, on the day, the lovely lady speaking before me started to say and do a lot of the same things that I was going to say also. So, I went into panic mode and thought OH no I can't get up there and say the same. So, I ditched my speech and got up "on stage and adlibbed. I honestly have no idea what I said LOL.
So then as we all do, I over analyzed this all night and tossed and turned and relived and judged myself and thought thought thought...LOL....you all know what I mean right.... self-doubt anyone!!!
This morning as I was journalling about all this - I had my aha moment and lesson.

It doesn't matter what other people are doing or saying, I need to talk my talk because I will help at least one person in some way.

I teach people to be their own unique individual self, and yet in that one moment I retreated into panic and forgot to be just that ME.

I also teach that none of us are perfect we are all as we are, so here I am being raw and open (which is new for me) yet wanting you all to know. We are all humans doing the best we can.

So go out today and be the best you can at being YOU.

Just an update - All my appointment times are fully booked now for this week.
I am taking bookings for next week. Monday & Wednesday at this stage, if you are wanting to book with me.

*Psychic Clairvoyant Medium readings 1/2 hour or 1-hour sessions.
In person, phone, email, zoom.
*Intuitive healing / Reiki sessions are 1 hour and in person only.
*Combo session - 1-hour 1/2 hr reading & 1/2 hr healing in person only

Also, a reminder I will be at the this Sunday 8th March from 9am if you want to come and chat to me about what I do and how I may be able to help you.

I have a few little things for sale and also, I will be promoting my book which now has a release date of 15th March. So, I am very excited about that. I am now taking pre-release orders if you are interested. It will be available as a paperback or E-book download through Amazon, I will also be selling the paperback version through my website once it has been launched, and it will be available at various shops (more to come on that later).
