Sometimes, the patterns we experience in relationships did not begin with us.
Recently, I worked with a client who had been experiencing repeated challenges in her relationships. The same dynamics kept appearing — feelings of powerlessness, difficulty expressing her truth, and attracting partners who mirrored those imbalances.
During our session, we followed the energetic thread back through her ancestral line using intuitive guidance and muscle testing. What emerged was powerful.
The pattern traced back through six generations of great-grandmothers in Ireland. Generation after generation of women who lived within deeply patriarchal systems where their voices, choices, and bodies were not their own. The imprint of suppression, silence and powerlessness had been carried quietly through the lineage.
These experiences do not simply disappear. They can be held energetically in the body — particularly in the womb space — where ancestral memory and emotional trauma often reside.
Together, we worked to clear these ancestral imprints. The session focused on releasing the patriarchal wounds held within the womb, dissolving the energetic programs of powerlessness, and restoring sovereignty to her feminine lineage.
As the layers opened, we also identified fragments of womb trauma from other lifetimes — including persecution and witch wounds — where feminine power had been punished or feared. Through the clearing process, those soul fragments were called back, reintegrating parts of her energy that had been separated through trauma.
By the end of the session, she described feeling a noticeable lightness in her womb space. There was also a deep sense of clarity. The confusion around past relationships had softened, and she could clearly feel what kind of relationship energy she wants to invite into her life moving forward.
When we heal ourselves, we are often healing far more than our own story.
We are bringing resolution to generations behind us and creating a new pathway for those who come after.

I asked 3 clients to describe their experience of Reflexology in 3 words ,

Reflexology brings the nervous system into balance, improving blood circulation, to organs, muscles and glands. The gentle pressure of fingers and thumb stimulates all points of the body - the spine in particular - the vagus nerve that feeds the whole body. Blockages in the body are released ( meridians), immune system stimulated and this allows the body to do its " magic" in healing itself.

Improvements in mental health, emotional well-being are seen and consequence improvements in motivation, feeling at peace with what is.
