Wednesday 7th January 2026 has been declared a day of TOTAL FIRE BAN in the Wimmera, South West and CENTRAL (includes Melbourne and Geelong) district(s) of Victoria.
This includes the Upwey area and surrounding areas.
No fires can be lit or be allowed to remain alight in the open air from 12:01 AM on Wednesday 7th January 2026 until 11:59 PM Wednesday 7th January 2026.

Not all rest these holidays....... we've mounted a weighted pulley system which gives me even more scope with rehab exercises & moved the mirror into a better position for gait education etc 😉

Been a wonderful holiday post conference to recharge the batteries, leading into the Christmas run...... we're back in the clinic from Wednesday 5th November 2025.

The final day is done..... Heavy rain & storms meant it was perfect to be learning inside on a Saturday!!!

Day 2 completed.....the highlight was catching up with & listening to the presentation by PhD candidate & APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapist, Jack Mest..... whom I had the pleasure to work with when he was just a new graduate! Our profession is in exciting hands!
