Bay Osteopathy & Injury Rehabilitation is a well-established, multidisciplinary allied health care clinic providing high-quality, patient-centred care. We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and reliable Receptionist to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a healthcare environment, has attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
About the Role
➡️ Greeting and welcoming patients
➡️ Answering phone and email enquiries
➡️ Processing payments, including HICAPs payments
➡️ Making and managing appointments
➡️ General administrative support for practitioners
➡️ Maintaining a welcoming and professional clinic environment
About You
✅ Previous medical administration/reception experience is essential
✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
✅ Confident with computers and practice management software
✅ Friendly, calm, and professional manner with patients
Position Details:
Part-time position, approximately 26 hours per week
Hours may be spread across weekdays (flexibility preferred)
