A little morning chat from my car on my way to work! Doing support work for as long as I can (as long as I can fill petrol in my car).

Although also looking at offering more online work! So as well as my women’s circles, I offer 1:1 sessions of support, drawing on Yoga therapy, Psychic somatics, Sacred rage/emotional release.

All sessions are held with presence and love, non-judgmental, intuitive and empathic.

A few words from me on the beach a few days ago…releasing through my body and voice… hi ha 😎

So I will hold an online Women’s circle this coming Sunday at 5pm (Sydney time). Europe and Norway is changing to summertime this Saturday, so there is a 9 hour difference, therefore the time will be 8am in the morning in Norway!

Happy New year to my little following ✨

I have been thinking I should set some goals and feel the newness of this time, but then have felt within my system it feels like the wrong time, in the midst of Christmas, in the middle of the hot summer, holidays. Birthday of my daughter... Then I read somewhere that this calendar and the New year is not really following natures new beginning which would be in the beginning of spring, so different times depending on where you live on this beautiful earth. In the Northern hemisphere it is in the middle of winter, time for reflection and rest.
I felt the pressure was off a little 😅 Also the Chinese New Year doesn’t start until 17th February, and we are going into the year of the FIRE horse. I feel like it will be exciting times ahead, so preparing as best as I can.

I do have some exciting projects starting this year, that I will share more about later… very exciting! As well as a trip back to Norway! 🔥

How are you feeling about setting intentions and new start at this time of the year?

So this is my little video about why I would love to receive a scholarship for the Heart of sound training. It was not easy keeping it under 3 minutes… so I will also write a little here.

I would love to dive deeper into sound, Sanskrit, mantras and the therapeutic aspects of this! It would be great for me as I am moving into peri-menopause and all the changes that is happening within myself, but also in the world as a whole.

On a personal level I believe that the training will harmonise my field and fine tune my energy. I believe it will bring a deeper sense of peace and connection to the Divine. I believe I will be better equipped to meet the challenges of my life, be a better mum for my children, and also be able to better serve the community.

I think this training would make me feel more empowered to show up and hold spaces where women can find their own voice and use their own sound instrument for deep healing. It would be such a great complimentary knowledge to what I already embody and offer to women.

I am already holding retreats, which is something I love doing and want to do more of. I love to have time and space to go deep and feel how stepping out of normal life and immerse oneself into something for a period of time, can be so transformative. I also love to offer shorter sessions, in groups, but also 1:1.

So my understanding is that when we use the voice it is a way to release trauma and blocked emotions, but also to bring back parts of ourselves so we can feel more whole, empowered and feeling the Shakti, the Love, that is constantly running through our bodies. ‘Lean into the Pleasure’ ❤️🙏

We are again in Oz for Christmas. Always missing Norway and my family at this time of the year ❤️

2025 has been a big year, so much truth coming to the surface! Excited to start a new year ✨ and wish you all the best for the year to come ❤️

I am still in deep integration from the incredible retreat that I recently attended with Anandra and .in.

I am in complete awe at how deep I felt I was taken. Being able to release what was bubbling up, and then feeling the deep love, which is at the core of my being.

Venus is now under the horizon, and we are also at the tail end of the year of the snake. It has been a powerful time shedding, stripping back, descending to a place of raw truth and realness.

So here we are in the underworld (I will share more about this on Tuesday), at a new beginning, where we can rise into vulnerable, strong and authentically, powerful women ❤️‍🔥

I welcome you to this women’s circle where we will create a space to feel, express and release. My intention is that we can bring more heart-energy online, so that we can meet life in a more relaxed and loving way.

The circle on Tuesday will consists of sounding, sharing (and listening), movement, breathwork and rest.

I feel so excited to finally invite 12 women to sit in circle twice before the end of this year.

My intention for these two circles is for us women to gather, leaving behind all of our other responsibilities and roles of our daily life, and just be with ourselves, together.

These two circles might include some womb yoga, breath, meditation, dance, sharing and listening, process, voice activation and release. No previous experience needed. You are welcome just as you are ❤️

I would love to sit in circle with you.

Place of circle is about 10 minutes from Nambucca, and address will be given after sign up. If weather allows we will be outside.

Dates: Thursday 20th November and 16th December - 5.00pm-7.30pm

So on my first day of my bleed, after a short 23 day cycle I twisted my ankle. My ankles have been a struggle for me pretty much my whole life. I have often thought that energetically I might not have felt very grounded, and that is what caused it.

Either way, it has been a while since I last twisted my ankle, but today it happened again.. and I am clearly in peri menopause, my moon cycles are getting shorter and shorter at the moment… and that feels disruptive. I feel out of my rhythm…
