So what is it that we do?
We meet outside the Urunga Neighbourhood Centre just before 5pm, we greet each-other, and we go inside.
We take a spot on our yoga mat or a chair, and get comfortable. We then gather our attention and slowly and gently guide it to notice our breathing, and we relax.
Being aware, conscious, and relaxed we connect with the being that for most of the day is busy doing things, and we just notice it, for a few moments just being, allowing our breath to become slow and relaxed, nurturing and healing, then we go home.
