The Whale Song Retreat — HA’APAI ARCHIPALEGO, TONGA 2026 🐋

An 8 day immersion for women 🌺

Each year from July to October, these waters become a place of mating, birth and song for humpback whales. Whale voices travel through the lagoon and reef, often audible underwater and subtly sensed from shore, shaping the rhythm of life on and around the island.

📍 Staying at Ha’apai, Tonga

2025 AquaFIT Fam Bam 🫶💪🏽 Fit and fabulous, here’s a special poem they wrote ❤️ I adore you all so much xo

Its aqua time now isn’t that great
time to get into the pool with your mates
our amazing instructors are just so cool
they make us all want to get into the pool

this year Kiara has been making us run
I’m sure she thinks its heaps of fun
But I disagree, I think it’s a pain
Oh no she’s making us do it again!

In Karyn’s class we run on the spot
It’s not too hard, we do it a lot
She wears funny hats which give us a laugh
and make us all stare, perhaps their just to cover her hair

So Kiara’s crowned the queen of the running
With Karyn the mad hatter she us all laughing
We run and we stretch, we bend and we groan
This work outs much harder than cleaning our home

We work on our biceps, our triceps and abs
Something were told that we really do have
There’s mention of six packs, whatever they are
I’ve looked and I’ve search so near and so far

If I ever had them, and I’m sure that I did
They’ve gone, disappeared or are very well hid
We always turn up, come sun, wind, or hail
To keep ourselves mobile, we’re there without fail

There’s friends to catch up with, there’s gossip to hear
Plus news of the latest knee surgery to cheer
Without our fun aqua what would we do
I’m sure I would stiffen up, how about you

We’d all be on walkers, or with a stick in our hand
Wobbling all over when attempting to stand
So lets give a cheer for our wonderful leaders
