You know that 3pm feeling…
Low on energy.
Kids still going.
And you’re wondering how you’re going to get through the rest of the day 😅
This was me earlier.
And instead of pushing through…
I gave myself 60 seconds.
Movement.
Breath.
Reset.
Not to calm down…
but to lift my energy back up.
Because sometimes it’s not rest we need…
it’s a quick circuit breaker for the body.
Try it.
Move your body.
Breathe deeper.
Let the energy shift.
It worked for me… and I went back in feeling like a different human 😏
