For over 10 years, the Back In Motion Health Group has been providing Australians with physiotherapy and related services. Like most great stories the growth from humble beginnings to a budding group of hard working, devoted and caring physiotherapists rose from an unwavering vision. To offer a physiotherapy service of the highest quality with a strong philosophy of care that would seek to provide lasting results for those sick of endless quick fixes. We provide a holistic solution that enables clients to get what they want out of physiotherapy, perhaps getting back to sport, back to work, back to living, or just doing what they loved but were unable to do. By utilising the benefits of a broader range of clinical methods including clinical Pilates, massage, dry needling, and hydrotherapy and more all under the expert guidance of a physiotherapist, Back In Motion has been able to give its clients not only a great experience, but also the outcome they wanted.

We welcome Naman to Valley View!

Naman completed her Master’s in Physiotherapy at Flinders University and has worked as a physiotherapist in both Australia and India. She also speaks Marathi, Hindi, and Gujarati and has experience managing a wide range of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic conditions. Her key clinical interests include low back, neck, and knee conditions, as well as prosthetic training.

She enjoys incorporating pain science education, yoga, clinical Pilates, and hydrotherapy into her treatment plans to help patients build strength, confidence, and long‑term movement capacity. Naman is Level 1 certified in yoga and has worked as a sports trainer with Mitchell Park Football Club.

Naman is passionate about providing individualised, evidence‑based care and strongly believes in empowering patients through education so they can better understand their pain and take an active role in their recovery. Physiotherapy is more than just a job to her, she is committed to helping every patient smile and achieve their short‑ and long‑term goals.

Outside the clinic, Naman is a professional Kathak (Indian classical) dancer and a mandala artist. She also enjoys hosting social evenings with friends and going on hikes.

Shockwave Therapy is available at Valley View. We recently had a training session learning all the updated techniques around this modality.
Historically this is used for chronic tendon conditions but it is now being successfully applied to many other conditions such as Osteo-arthritis! Ask your physio for more information and see if this is an option for you.
