Milan came to us recovering from osteitis p***s along with p***c stress fractures.

In this session, he mentioned being unable to sit cross-legged without pain and pinching in his hip joint. Based on his description and our assessment we decided to use this PNF stretch on his hip to address the problem.

After this session, well from the ones prior really, he’s been back to full training for soccer, played a full 90min game, and of course, sitting cross-legged without having to worry 😄

We are a bit late to the party on this one, but when a performance is this clinical, it demands a massive shoutout. Huge congratulations to the absolute weapon, Tasar, for getting his hand raised in the Main Event at Eternal MMA 103 last month! 🏆

He stepped into the cage in front of the biggest gate in the promotion's history and took out a highly touted lightweight that the big leagues were already circling. That does not happen by accident.
