WELCOME TO THE TEAM!

Riley is a qualified myotherapist with over seven years of clinical experience treating musculoskeletal injury, pain, and movement dysfunction.

His professional journey began following personal experiences with injury, which led him into clinical practice and a deep interest in understanding the root causes of pain, rather than simply managing symptoms. Over years of focused myotherapy practice, Riley has worked extensively with acute and chronic presentations, using detailed orthopaedic assessment to guide targeted treatment.

Riley’s approach is grounded in hands-on therapy, with a strong emphasis on dry needling and deep tissue techniques to reduce pain, restore mobility, and improve functional outcomes. He works closely with each client to identify contributing factors such as load, movement patterns, and tissue dysfunction, ensuring treatment is precise, evidence-based, and goal-oriented.

His clinical focus is on helping clients move better, recover faster, and return confidently to work, training, and daily life.
