The new space is larger with natural light (my dream 🥹) and it will be ready to welcome you from the 24th of November. All appointments before then will be at the current location in Burleigh

Had the best weekend away with the team!

A few days filled with hiking, yoga, reading, delicious food, connection, and just a little bit of treating. Honestly, it was the reset I didn’t know I desperately needed

I don’t usually share much personally here, but I was hitting all the warning signs of burnout. Irritable at the smallest things, and stress had become my default setting. I dreaded the 4-hour drive with patchy reception (God forbid I go too long without talking to someone!), but it ended up being a chance to process and decompress

Also… how dreamy is this spot to treat from?! I’m in the final 7 weeks of my naturopathy placement, and I’m feeling genuinely re-energised for the rest of the year

Little changes to everyday products can have a massive impact on your health!!

It can be overwhelming (and expensive) to make these swaps all at once, so start small. Replace items with cleaner alternatives once you’ve run out of your current stock

I celebrated one incredible year of Reformative Health with my closest friends, and I couldn’t be more grateful.
