⁡When I began my Asana practice, ⁡
⁡Down Dog was never a place of comfort.⁡

It felt awkward, unfamiliar—nothing like what I imagined it would be.⁡

But it taught me something precious:
to embrace imperfection,
to return again and again to the shapes that challenge me,
until the unfamiliar becomes a little more known.

And even now, the journey continues—
a practice of steady effort and gentle persistence.

⁡This is Abhyāsa, as written in the Yoga Sūtra:
the art of showing up,
the devotion to practice over time,
the quiet transformation that happens breath by breath.⁡☺️🙏🌱⁡

⁡⁡Being a yoga teacher doesn’t mean presenting the perfect Asana.⁡

It means being true to yourself—
sharing the real, honest expression of what yoga practice means today.⁡
