Keeping my worm farm as cool as possible is a consideration during these hot months. I’ve just built their numbers up again with regular food and turning the top tray with a garden fork to keep it all oxygenated, so I don’t want to see them die of heat exhaustion.

Would you like the opportunity to connect with your joyful inner being and explore the spirit of nature before the start of the silly season ?

I'm running a series of six workshops (or should I say 'playshops') that will help you 'tune in' to a deep sense of well-being, allow recuperation and enjoy the dynamic of sharing with like-minded people. It will be held in the Sydney Game Fishing Club which is a lovely space surrounded by water on the wharf in Watson's Bay, during November and December.

There will be an introduction to Jin Shin Jyutsu which is an ancient Japanese healing art that harmonises the body's natural energy system to promote optimum health and vitality.
