We each go through some form of emotional event at some point in our life, be it a small event or a significant event, but enough to cause an emotional reaction. For example; as a child if you were ever told 'don't cry', or as an adult bottled up your emotions, or the birth of a child, getting married, illness, divorce, separation, redundancy, trauma (to self or witnessed), bereavement, or even arguing....the list goes on. Each time we replay a situation over and over in our mind, our body doesn't realise its just a thought, it evokes the same feelings, the same emotions and releases the same chemicals....creating more of that energy.

If we don't process what is happening or accept our emotions and let them go, we tend to hide them deep inside where others can't see them. So even years later, when we think the issue is finished with and we've moved on from it, the energy is still there.
Bottling up our emotions causes blocks in our flow of energy, which can lead to physical stress on the body causing; discomfort, aches/pain, depression, anxiety, sickness/illness, poor decision-making, PTSD and much more.
