Project Update: Victor Harbor Health Hub Opening February 2024
Exciting news for the Victor Harbor community as we proudly announce that the base building for Victor Harbor Health Hub reached practical completion in December 2023. Our tenant partners are busy completing the final elements of their fitouts as we move towards the opening of the facility in February this year.
Reaching practical completion in December marked a major milestone for the project, which has been delivered in line with our commitment from the commencement of the project. Its high-quality design and construction is testament to our project teamās efforts with a desire to deliver what will sure to be the preeminent one-stop primary and allied healthcare facility on the Fleurieu Peninsula.
Anchored by Victor Medical Centre, the Victor Harbor Health Hub will accommodate a team of diverse, dedicated, and seasoned health professionals. With Victor Physio, Smile Clinic Victor Harbor, National Pharmacies, Jones Radiology, Clinpath, Heart and Vascular and Victor Harbor Allied Hub complementing one of South Australiaās largest privately owned general practices which hosts over 40 visiting specialists and which treats around 100,000 patients annually.
