Think of frequencies like a radio station, if you want to listen to dance music and country came on, it won't align with what you want so you keep turning the dial to find what you want to listen to. If you wanted to listen to classical music, landed on the rock and roll station and stayed there, you tolerate it, but it doesn't feel aligned to the frequency you want. Life can be like that, you can tolerate being in a certain relationship, space, situation yet it doesn't quite align with what your frequency wants until you turn that dial and find it. the finding the alignment is the difficult part. But you will know when you have found it.

For well over 40 years and still today, I have suffered with IBS, terrible irregulated bowel system. Changed my diet, meditated a lot, tried a lot of ways to calm my nerves, and then started to realise it happens so much when I am only with certain people. Like my sensitivity to energy releases stuff from my own body which could possibly be what I am absorbing from others and clearing out their stuff as well. my nervous system likes to be alone, it starts to feel so heavy when I am around others.

I have been working as a medium/clairvoyant for over 30 years.
