Health & Harmony Centre KINESIOLOGY is a natural health therapy, based on Chiropractic and ancient Chinese medical knowledge. I'm a fully qualified practitioner for 20+ years.

Muscles become monitors of stress and imbalance within the body. Stress causes a blockage in energy flow, which results in physical and mental problems. This may be cleared through a combination of techniques, including acupressure, bodywork, muscle release and counselling. Kinesiology deals with bio-feedback:

CRANIO SACRAL THERAPY works with the cerebrospinal fluid, which flows steadily, from the brains, down and up the spine. Due to stress or an accident, there may be blockages, e.g. a tensed muscle, spinal misalignment or stuck bones in the skull. By applying very gentle pressure on specific points, the body starts to re-balance itself. This modality assists, in combination with Kinesiology, to release stress from the body.
