This Saturday morning, The Joyful Path is hosting a special yoga class taught by Peta.

Often Valentines day focuses on connection with others.
Staying present in connection, starts with how we meet ourselves. This class will bring attention back to body and breath creating space to meet the day from a steady, open place.

The Heart Practice builds warmth and steadiness, then gently opens the chest and expands the breath. Guided by Peta’s background in dance and movement, the class weaves strong, flowing sequences with supported heart focused postures, music, and brief moments of poetry.

Guest class with Peta

Valentine’s Day is often about celebrating love with another.

This practice invites you to begin the day by turning some of that love inward.

Join Peta for a special Saturday morning class that brings the focus back to body, breath, and inner warmth.

Guided by Peta’s background in dance and movement, the practice moves through a strong, heart-opening sequence supported by beautiful music and moments of shared poetry.

Expect movement that opens the front body, builds warmth and energy, and leaves you feeling open, alive, and well met. A practice designed to be enjoyed in your own company, and carried quietly into the rest of the day.
