Slow Flow is a gentle, continuous practice that invites you to move with intention, creating fluidity in the joints, steadiness in the breath, and awareness through every transition.

You can book in online for Saturday, Sunday and
Monday.
Yoga Class on Saturday and Monday both at 9.30am and just turn up .. booking is not necessary.

Slow Flow is a gentle, moving practice that begins with intention and carries that awareness through each transition. A chance to create fluidity in the joints, space in the breath, and steadiness in the mind.

We move continuously, but without urgency.
Strength without force.
Flow without hurry.

It’s an invitation to meet the week with presence rather than momentum.
