STRONG where each member is encouraged to push to their limits. In a carefully moniotred session, we ensure you are ‘lifting’ and ‘executing’ each exercise effectively. The weight, sets and reps is recorded to ensure the next session in progressed. Improved strength, increased muscle size and tone.
‘CONDITIONING where cardio meets bodyweight and lightweight exercises. These are our signature HIIT sessions. Whilst monitoring your heart rate on our TV’s (if you would liek to wear it), we work your whole body in short bursts. Maximimum Calorie Burn, Fat Loss and Improved Fitness.
