🎄Here are 5 simple kettlebell movements to keep you strong over the Christmas break🎄:

1️⃣ Upright Row
Targets shoulders and upper back. Keep the kettlebell close to your body and lift with control.

2️⃣ Kettlebell Swing
A powerful calorie-burner. Drive through the hips, not the arms - explosive but controlled.

3️⃣ Goblet Squat
Great for legs and core. Hold the kettlebell tight to your chest and sit deep into the movement.

4️⃣ Single-Arm Thruster

5️⃣ Russian Twist

“Over the past year I’ve made steady improvements across all major health markers. I’ve lost around 7 kg and feel much lighter, fitter and more confident. My body fat percentage has dropped from 27.6% to 23.3% and my body fat mass has reduced from 23.6 kg to 18.5 kg, which shows clear fat-loss progress.

My skeletal muscle mass has stayed relatively consistent throughout the year, now sitting at 34.8 kg, which I’m happy with - especially while being in a calorie deficit. This shows that the strength-focused sessions at BOLT are helping me maintain muscle while losing fat.
