I came across a very interesting article and a related talk on BOTOX and its side effect: "Botulinum Neurotoxin Induces Neurotoxic Microglia Mediated by Exogenous Inflammatory Responses" https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/38342616/.
