She takes radical responsibility, takes action, she applies all the simple yet super effective tools, she leans in with curiosity, she faces her own stuff, I could go on.

Most parents ask their child: “How was your day?”
But as we all know that question rarely gets you more than “fine” or “good.” or if you’ve got a teenager maybe a grunt!

These 3 questions do more than start a conversation they teach your child how to notice, name and share their inner world. And when you really listen (see slide 6 👀), you’re showing them:
💙 “Your voice matters.”
💙 “Your feelings are safe with me.”
💙 “You are seen.”

That’s the foundation of unshakeable self worth & a deeply connected relationship. It starts at home & it’s never too late.
