Holiday’s are over and the clinic is opened again from this week. I’ve enjoyed growing and having fingernails again so it will be sad to see them go lol. But I look forward to seeing all my wonderful clients again soon.

It’s been two long years since I’ve taken time off for a holiday. I know many of my regulars will be missing their massages but I’ll be back in two weeks.

The clinic will be closed from 8th - 24th November. Any messages during this time I will respond when I return.

At this stage only one appointment is currently available in my first week back; Tuesday 25th at 1:30pm. So get in touch quickly before I go if you want to secure this appointment for yourself. (Filled)

Thank you for your interest. I’ve had a very positive response to my announcement of opening my Pilates studio in Hamlyn Terrace☺️

Studio semi-private sessions will have 3-4 people each doing their own program specific to their unique needs/goals under my guidance. It’s not a “group class”. Beginners are very welcome and I can cater for special considerations like joint issues, osteoporosis, pregnancy, injuries etc. Semi-private sessions are 55 minutes.

💫Semi-private studio sessions:

Tuesdays and Thursdays 9.30am, 10.30am, 11.30am, 12.30pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm

Fridays 9.30am to 11.30am

💫Pricing:

Initial Consultation (60 minutes) $75

10-pack semi-private sessions $350

Intro pack Initial Consultation plus 3 semi-private sessions $180

Intro private pack Initial Consultation plus 2 private 1:1 sessions $225

Bookings for Initial Consultations are available from Thursday 6 November and the studio will be open for semi-private sessions from Tuesday 18 November.
