Group Classes Term 1 2026

This 9 week term commence this Monday 2nd of February and ends April 2nd.

🏋🏽‍♀️Women’s Strength - Support through menopause with strength & bone health focus.
💛Golden Girls - For women 65+, improving strength,
heart health & balance.
🫀🫁 Cardiac + Pulmonary rehab - supporting heart & lung health in a group class.
🩷CanMove - Safe, supportive exercise pre/during/post cancer treatment.

Bookings can be made via our link in bio. We have the option now of either casual bookings or whole term bookings (still on same platform just click “packages” tab).

The past two weeks we’ve had the pleasure of hosting Jacqui for her work placement. With placement now complete, Jacqui has just finished her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science - well done Jacqui! 👩🏽‍🎓👏🏼

Jacqui will be starting her Master of Exercise Physiology in March. Congratulations and all the very best for your studies and the exciting journey ahead!

At Evinco we love birthdays and the opportunity to celebrate another year of life.

We had the pleasure yesterday of following our mobility Monday exercise session with a cake for Boris for his 84th birthday 🎈 what a milestone! Still exercising (and talking!) as much as ever.

That’s our first week back in the clinic done and we’re so happy to be back into the swing of things.

📅 All classes will resume from February 2nd, but in the meantime we still have Bunkr Pilates Wednesday 6am and Thursday 6pm.

Perfect if you’re keen to ease back into routine 💪🏼

Enjoy your weekend and remember to keep moving, however that looks for you - a walk, a stretch, a swim or a ride all count

Name a more adorable duo 🫶🏼

Kate and Matilda have been regulars in the clinic recently (which we are absolutely loving). At 9 weeks postpartum Kate has now been gradually getting back into her exercise routine with her new little exercise buddy by her side.

Whilst everyone’s pregnancy and recovery looks different, gentle movement through all stages is so beneficial - for not just your body but your mind too.

That movement will look different for everyone and is dependant on what your exercise routine looked like pre pregnancy. Remember to listen to your body and if you are unsure of where to start or what you should be doing get in touch and one of our Accredited Exercise Physiologist can help start you in the right direction.

Another warm welcome to the newest little member of the Evinco team - Matilda Isla 🩷

A huge congratulations to Kate and Hamish on the arrival of their beautiful baby girl.

Matilda made her debut on 09.07.2025 (so another little late to post).

While we definitely miss having Kate around the clinic on the regular, we’re loving the visits from these two girls when they pop in.

We can’t wait to watch Matilda grow 🫶🏼
