Kate and Matilda have been regulars in the clinic recently (which we are absolutely loving). At 9 weeks postpartum Kate has now been gradually getting back into her exercise routine with her new little exercise buddy by her side.
Whilst everyone’s pregnancy and recovery looks different, gentle movement through all stages is so beneficial - for not just your body but your mind too.
That movement will look different for everyone and is dependant on what your exercise routine looked like pre pregnancy.
