- rest and recharge 7pm - 815pm. This class is all about reducing stress, designed for anyone needing to unwind and feel grounded. Combines slow gentle movements, restorative posses and guided meditation. $30.

This class is all about rest and relaxation, designed for anyone needing to unwind and feel grounded. Give yourself the reward of self love with 75 minutes of pure bliss, allowing time for the body to fully drop into the ultimate relaxed state.
What to expect
🌸 gentle slow seated movement to prepare the body to drop into stillness
🌸 supported restorative poses using blankets, pillows and bolsters
🌸 optional use of sand weights and weighted blankets allowing the body to feel safe and giving permission to let go
🌸 optional gentle pressure applied to pressure points using aromatherapy
🌸 guided meditation followed by savasana
🌸 all whilst lying on a padded meditation futon with soft music

Class runs every Tuesday night 7pm - 815 pm
A must for people with anxiety, high stress, or find it difficult to relax.
Cost $30

In a lot of the classes I do, people I talk to at work and socially, I hear how exhausted and run down they are. Life is busy juggling kids, family, work, you name it. I have designed a class with the focus on rest and recharging and the feeling of being at a day spa 🙂. Think futons, cushions, eye pillows and more. Its been a while since i have held classes at Predyn Yoga Studio. Thank you to Shaun from Stuff & Things' handyman service who has been very patient with my ever changing ideas and built my beautiful new yoga studio (I will post some photos soon). I am very excited to announce classes will commence end of January and will be advertised soon.
