Planter Fasciitis Massage Treatment.
Planter Fasciitis is a common cause of heel pain caused by inflammation or irritation of the plantar fascia (the thick band of tissue running along the bottom of your foot).
Using safe, gentle massage techniques you can help relieve tension and promote relaxation of the foot without aggravating the condition.
How often should you visit us for treatment?
A one off visit can provide some relief for 1-7 days depending on the severity of the condition. For some that only have a mild condition that hasn't taken hold yet, 1 massage treatment may be enough.
Regular treatment (1-3 times a week) while suffering from the condition and for a few weeks afterwards can help with relief and recovery.
Consistency is key: To see significant results, a focused treatment plan, which includes massage several times a day for at least six weeks, is recommended. This includes professional massage therapy and self massage at home.
Maintenance: After initial improvement, massage sessions can be tapered off to every other week and then monthly to maintain progress until the condition has cleared.
Each treatment goes for 30mins including pre and post consultation.
Book in for an initial consultation for $70.
Your options then are to continue with one off appointments as you need them for $70 each or you can chat to us about an ongoing treatment plan to suit your needs and budget.
