Zumba Seated with Jenelle at Step Toward Change.

This is a modified dance fitness class done while seated in a chair. It's a low-impact workout designed to be fun and accessible for those with mobility or balance issues, beginners, or seniors. The class adapts Zumba's energetic Latin rhythms and dance moves, such as arm reaches, shimmies, and leg movements, to a seated position to improve mood, circulation, and overall fitness.

Join us on Tuesday at 9am.
$15 per person - or if you have a seniors card it's just $10.

Semiprivate Zumba sessions.
Each session will have no more than 4 participants and will include some Zumba dance fitness, Zumba Step and some toning.
These sessions will also give you the opportunity to learn routines step by step, gain you some confidence in Zumba and refine your techniques.
45min = $30 per person

A plan also available at $50 a week (payable every fortnight) - this includes 1 semiprivate session a week plus unlimited group classes.

2026 Class Timetable!

Here it is!!!!!! Our new timetable for 2026 with some brand-new classes coming your way!

Our current classes will continue from now until the 22nd of December.
We will break 23rd Dec - 4th Jan with current classes returning 5th January.
New classes will start the week beginning 12th January.

Please make sure you book in for all classes as numbers are limited per class.
If you wish to be on a yearlong reoccurring booking (with the option to cancel week by week) please let me know - this way it saves your spot and there will be no disappointment from missing out.
