3 years ago I stepped out of my comfort zone and did something I thought I would and could never do. I became a Zumba Instructor. It was hard. I lacked the confidence (and the fitness) and numbers in classes were low. I was getting 2-3 people and classes were regularly cancelled due to low numbers. Now 3yrs later I am instructing with a lot more confidence, helping others step into new directions through dance, teaching full time in my own studio and have close to 30 people in some classes!
What a journey it has been and I can’t wait to share the next year with you all!

Classes will not run over the Easter long weekend.
Thursday 5.30pm Circuit will be on, and then we break for Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday and return to class on Tuesday 7th April.

Massage Trading hours will be limited.
Thursday 2nd - 9am-5pm
Good Friday 3rd - CLOSED
Saturday 4th - 10am-3pm
Easter Sunday 5th - CLOSED
Monday 6th - 10am-3pm
