Welcome to Nova another fabulous Midwife!!!

Rachel has extensive experience in management of both low risk and complex pregnancies, has a passion for women centered care and a pregnancies complicated by a diagnosis of Gestational Diabetes.

Rachel joins our team on Wednesdays & Thursdays from this week and we are so happy to have her on board. Rachel will join our midwifery team in offering Midwife led shared antenatal care, 6 week checks, Childhood & Pregnancy Immunisations, Mums & Bubs, Early pregnancy Diagnosis, Iron infusions and much more!!!

Nova Health Co. presents the ‘Carrier Choir’. A unique and fun class for parents, caregivers and their babies, aged 0-18 months.

Strap your baby into your carrier and come along to sing your heart out to some feel-good popular music with our choir leader, Alex, and other parents and their little ones. The class will provide some basic coaching to help the group perform as an organised ensemble of singers but will primarily focus on everyone having fun, singing, dancing and bonding with their baby.

Choir leader, the fabulous Alex Nugent is an experienced musician and early childhood educator. Through participation in this class, Alex is excited to support you and your baby to:

🎵 Build social connections
🎵 Enhance the parent child-bond through holding,
singing, interaction and play
🎵 Enhance parent and child mood, and reduce stress
and arousal
🎵 Encourage use of parent voice/singing for ongoing
emotional regulation and soothing for baby during
and after the class
🎵 Have a rich multisensory experience to support
infant neurological development, sensory motor
development and language development

A unique and beautiful way to do an activity with your baby that is focussed on enhancing both the parent and child’s wellbeing (and not on pitch-perfect singing!)

We have been working towards this for a few years now and are elated to announce that we have been awarded a grant by The Australian Government & Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network to deliver Endometriosis & Pelvic Pain Clinic over the next 3 years!

We have some incredible plans that we cant wait to deliver to the Women of the Riverina!!

The Australian Government is announcing the locations of 11 new Endometriosis and Pelvic Pain Clinics across Australia, expanding access to specialised care for women and girls living in the regions and outer suburbs.
