🦜🐔🦅 WILDLIFE WATCH: Riverina Gums Goes Rogue 🦅🐔🦜
Attention all residents! The Serviced Apartments have officially been taken over by a gang of suspiciously still animals. So far, we've spotted:

A magpie that hasn’t swooped anyone — clearly slacking on the job
Chickens that lay absolutely zero eggs but look fabulous doing it 🐔
A kookaburra frozen mid-laugh — possibly judging us silently 🐣
And yes… a pelican who’s been staring into the distance like it’s pondering life’s mysteries 🦩

We’re starting to suspect these creatures might not be entirely real… but they sure do add character!
If you see any new additions to the Riverina Gums Wildlife Collection, please report them immediately (or take a selfie and tag it ).
Next up: a life-sized kangaroo near the laundry? Stay tuned.

🎉 Winner Winner, Jar of Limbs for Dinner! 🫙😂
A huge well done to Joan Byrne for correctly guessing how many body parts our Manager could fit into one jar (don’t worry folks, it was all in good fun – no Managers were harmed in the making of this game! 😄).
To break the tension of the day, we introduced Snapchat to some of our staff and residents… and let’s just say, filters + laughter = the perfect recipe for joy! 🤳👵👨‍🦳✨

Keith was a member of The Relics, a band that brought joy to many over the years. In 2018, the group reunited for a special gig in Cootamundra, rekindling memories and melodies from their vibrant past.
Keith’s passion for music still shines through in everything he does, and we’re lucky to have him sharing that joy with our community.

🎹 Caught in the Act! 🎹
Our Village Manager had a few residents fooled when she sat down at the piano and started “playing” a lovely tune… until the phone rang and she walked away — and the music kept going! 😄
Turns out, the real talent is the automatic option on the piano!

🐾 Our residents’ fur babies crushed it on the obstacle course!

For first-timers, they showed off some impressive skills and plenty of wagging tails. 🐶💪

Thank you to all the residents who joined us for hot dogs at the Dog Park opening!

It was heartwarming to see pet owners bring their furry friends to mingle, and just as touching to welcome residents who are dog lovers but no longer have pets of their own.

With more improvements on the way, we hope this space continues to foster new connections and shared moments among our community.
