We’re very pleased to welcome Dr Grant Elliott to Blamey Street Surgery.

Dr Elliott is a locally trained Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. He has spent the last few years gaining much experience in general practice and hospital settings in various locations in Wagga and the Riverina. Grant has particular interests in chronic disease management and skin cancer medicine. Welcome Grant!

Blamey St Surgery are excited to announce that two of our GPs, Dr Rachel Glasson (left) and Dr Claire Poli (right) are teaming up to offer assessments for ADHD/ADD! Both have years of experience working with young people and adults in the area of mental health, and have developed a comprehensive assessment pathway that aims to streamline and uncomplicate the process of diagnosis and treatment. This pathway will be open for patients aged 16 and over and we are now taking bookings for the first appointments, which are planned to start in January 2024.

Please write to your local MP about this important issue that will seriously affect many regional GP clinics if it is implemented. An amnesty on retrospective tax liability is essential to prevent practices from being forced to close. We support the proposed exemption which will enable us to remain in practice and serving our community.
