Saturday mornings hit different with these guys bringing the energy, the laughs and the hard work! Huge shout out to Meagan for leading an awesome boxing session and to every Hotspotian who showed up, gloved up and gave it their all! We love our community and are proud of all of you 🙌

We find the Warm-up and training that suits us 😊 Hotspotians Lee, Lara, Bessie and Jacqui like our morning walks 🙌 It’s a great socialising experience filled with lots of laughs and energy preparing us for a solid workout when back in the studio 💪
