We at Sunflower House are very excited to have Shelle Gardner Equilibrium Health and Wellbeing back doing her amazing Sound healing.
This will start on Tuesday 11th November at 1.45pm and be held every Tuesday and Thursday at the same time. Every one is welcome ❤️

Staff Rosheen and Will cooking up a storm for those in Sunflower House. Sausages, pasta and coleslaw were on the menu.
Next Friday it will be Rissoles.
Lunches are between 12.30pm and 1pm and are always free and the house is always open betweeno 10am -3pm to those who need a safe place to relax and unwind and be supported through their struggles and this again is free.

Thanks to our friends from Salvation Army. We have a selection of Towels , Sheet and Blankets to be given freely to those in need 🙏and of course a free lunch Monday-Friday

Sunflower House offers a free lunch between 12.30pm -1.30pm Monday to Friday, for people of the community who may be facing homelessnes, isolation, vulnerability and Mental health issues.
