Hola! 👋 With the opening of our new space , I am so excited to be releasing limited-time only slots for custom-tailored one on one + small group personal training sessions & online programming. With just over a month until we spring in to spring, there is no better time to kickstart your health & get the body (& mind!) into a consistent groove for a vibrant & thriving summer!
Seeing as it’s been a hot minute since I made an appearance over here, I thought I’d share a little more about myself & why I’m here.
I’m Jeannie, a big lover of life & adventure & all things sunny & bright. My BIGGEST passion lies amongst my business & my purpose as a PT. I am super passionate & dedicated when it comes to helping individuals live their healthiest, most enjoyable & well balanced lifestyles & making fitness a positive part of daily routine rather than a monotonous chore. Supporting & educating my clients through every phase of their journey is what lights me up from the inside out! My work isn’t just a job for me, it’s a lifestyle which is deeply interwoven throughout all aspects of my life. I approach health & fitness in a wholistic way, helping you find your strengths & power when it comes to your own lifestyle & health goals. When working alongside me in a one on one environment, you unlock a devoted time for self care & to focus on YOU. I hold you accountable for putting yourself first. The good ol’ faithful kettlebell sneaks its way in to many of my workouts! Being the first thing I learnt to swing around and first piece of equipment I owned many years ago, it pretty much hasn’t left my side since!

One piece of equipment = endless possibilities! Sometimes that’s all you need to have some fun and break a big ol’ sweat 😅

I’ve got your weekend workout sorted with this short, sharp & fun little full body KB circuit ⬇️ try 40 secs work / 20 secs rest for 3️⃣ rounds:
- KB swing
- KB bent over row
- KB thruster
- KB alt. lateral lunge

Whilst on mat leave with her second gorgeous bubba, Kat decided to take charge of her health and fitness before heading back to full time work.

MOTIVATION vs. DISCIPLINE

MOTIVATION - A feeling. It comes and goes faster than you can throw a punch at 😉
DISCIPLINE - An action. Doing what needs to be done even when you don’t feel like it.

I get asked almost everyday how I stay motivated after working long hours and always motivating others. Truth be told - I don’t ALWAYS feel motivated! (Yes, that’s right! I am the same as you 🤷🏼‍♀️). Instead of letting that feeling of being ‘unmotivated’ win and searching for that extra motivation within myself, I dig in to my discipline and find something that will push me harder and set my soul on fire 🔥 and it is always a guarantee when the big man gives you a run for your money 😅
I hope this week you choose to be disciplined over searching for that long lost motivation 🤞

“OPENING INFORMATION”

Hi everyone and WOW what a 3 months we’ve been through 😊Pretty pumped though to get the doors open again but as with many businesses at the moment its not without a bunch of restrictions that are totally out of our control but also totally necessary 😊

Please be patient with each other, with the staff and with the rules in place as we make it one step closer to getting things back to normal.

The information we can currently let you know is as follows

At this stage the State Govt is not giving us 24 hour access ☹ (yes heartbroken as well). As soon as we get the green light for 24 hour we will have it back asap.

Our staffed hours will be Monday – Friday 5.30am – 8.00pm Saturday 8.00am – 12.00pm and Sunday will be closed for cleaning.

We will be opening this Saturday June 13th at 8.00am.

Please limit training sessions to one hour GET IN – TRAIN HARD – GET OUT (brutal but necessary at this time as with limited numbers we need to turn over as much traffic as possible) Please don’t gather in groups talking, social distancing is key.

Our class timetable has not been finalised as yet but we will have it changed on the website by Friday evening and extra classes will be opened up on the online booking system as well. Bookings are still 100% essential.

Debiting for direct debit memberships will be active again from Monday 15th June. Your DD payment will fall on the day/time of month it would have normally fallen.

Members who paid for 12 months up front will have 3 months added on to their expiry date.

Creche will be open from Monday June 13th. There will be limited numbers due to COVID and bookings are 100% essential. ALL bookings are to be done either directly with Deb in the creche, at reception or by ringing reception in staffed hours. There is no Creche phone number at this time.

Toilets are in use, but there are no showers and no changerooms available. There are also no lockers available during this time.

COVID related paper work will have to be signed at reception prior to your first visit.
