Nutrition to Nourish Nutrition to Nourish is a fully accredited dietetic clinic - but we are more than that. At Shaping Solutions we know that diets come and go.

Nutrition to Nourish staff cherish their clients and feel passionately about helping them to foster positive relationships between food, mind and body. Motivation when fad dieting does not last forever and weight will come off and then go back on. This is because everyone is different and has a different style of eating that is right for them. We can help you work out the best approach for you. It may mean using some theories from a Paleo approach; and some from a Mediterranean diet but it does not have to mean all or nothing. Imagine the energy and time you will have to spend on more important things if you are not worried about that teaspoon of sugar in your coffee. We can also help you meet your health goals, whether it be preventing or managing diabetes, cholesterol or blood pressure or consuming the right balance of nutrients at the correct times pre and post exercise to improve fitness. Do you have bloating, diarrhoea or cramping? Are you tired of cutting out foods with no improvement? Or confused what to cut out? We can assist you to determine what foods are causing your irritable bowel symptoms.

These protein packed egg muffins are great to prep!

INGREDIENTS:
- 4 eggs
-1/4 cup chopped capsicum
-1/4 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup low fat cheese
- salt, pepper & garlic

Bake in a pre-heated oven at 160 degrees for 15 min!
