You might notice a new face around the studio 👋🏼

Tegan has joined us while she completes her extensive Pilates Diploma, working through her observation, self-mastery and teaching hours.

Tegan is a Wagga local, mum of three, patient partner to Joel, netball guru and a Pilates enthusiast - so she knows a thing or two about keeping busy and staying active.

You’ll see Tegan around the studio sitting in on sessions and building her experience, eventually running some classes too 🙌🏼

If you spot Tegan, make sure you say hi and help us give her a warm Propel Body welcome 😊

The weather is just glorious today - we were able to see our kids run in cross country this morning for their school. One of the payoffs for the early mornings and late evenings 😊

We have also had a bit of movement within classes this week at the studio, so if you are staying in town and you'd love an extra Pilates class we may be able to accomodate you. Dave also has a couple of half hour remedial massage 💆‍♀️appointments on Thursday. If there's a particular ni**le that might impede your long weekend plans this might be your chance to get on top of that.

There is a version of you that feels strong, calm, and in control of your energy. (Yes, really)

Not just for a weekend… but in your everyday life.

The challenge is, most people never give themselves the time or space to reconnect with that version of themselves.

Over the past 24 hours, we quietly opened early access to our Restore & Rebuild Retreat, and already 3 of 5 priority access rooms have been secured.

Not because people have “spare time” or “extra money”…
But because they recognise that investing in their health, their energy, and their capacity to keep showing up for life is not a luxury.

It is essential.

This retreat is not about escaping your life.
It is about supporting your body and mind so you can return to it stronger, clearer, and more resilient.

Over 3 days, you will:
• Move your body with intention through Pilates
• Learn how to reduce tension and regulate your nervous system
• Receive hands-on support with massage or lymphatic drainage
• Eat nourishing, satisfying meals
• Have space to rest, think, and reset

And the benefits do not end when the retreat does.

• how you manage stress
• how you feel in your body
• how you show up for your family and work

Early access remains open for a few more days, before remaining 6 rooms are released at full price.

Feeling Hesitant?

That’s Completeley Normal
For many of us, the hesitation isn’t about Pilates. It’s about taking time away. Spending money on ourselves. Stepping into something unfamiliar. Being seen.

But here’s the truth - your nervous system, body, mind and soul need space to reset, to restore.

You cannot pour from an empty cup.
If your cup is bone dry this is for you!

This retreat is not about how your body looks.
In fact, that is the least interesting thing about you.

What matters is how you move through your life.
How strong and supported you feel in your body.
How steady your nervous system feels.
How comfortably you exist within yourself.

There is no expectation to be fitter, leaner, more flexible or more experienced. Movement will be adaptable. Participation is optional. Rest is encouraged.

If you’re feeling a mix of excitement and nerves, that’s often a sign that something important is waiting for you on the other side.

You are allowed to take up space.
You are allowed to be cared for.
You are allowed to restore before you burn out.

And you will be warmly welcomed exactly as you are

The Pilates Journal Expo last weekend was incredible. I met some amazing instructors and business owners who are so passionate and determined to keep this industry providing an incredible , reputable and knowledgeable one for all our beautiful clients. Weekends like this are so important to keep our skills up, keep evolving and learning, networking and challenging our minds and bodies. It took me until Thursday to be able to move with ease again so I definitely did my fair share of classes. Moving in a room with 80+ instructors is really something else too. Can’t wait till next year!!!

Meet Chloe – our incredible Bingo Card Champion!

When we launched our Pilates Bingo challenge, we had a sneaking suspicion Chloe would be one to watch… we’ve heard she has a tiny competitive streak when it comes to bingo 😉

But this win wasn’t luck, it was pure dedication. Chloe showed up with consistency, motivation and heart, ticking off every single square. From introducing a friend to the studio and diving into one of our blogs, to the quieter (but powerful!) habits like switching off screens an hour before bed, completing 5 minutes of breathwork at home, and drinking 2L of water in a day. Chloe embraced the whole experience. And it shows. We’ve seen such a noticeable improvement in Chloe’s strength and mobility lately, and that doesn’t happen by chance. It happens because of consistent effort, small daily actions, and a commitment to doing the work.

Her prize was $225 gift voucher towards a 10 pack of her choice. She also claimed a free mat class for her and a friend for being the first person to complete the card.

Chloe, we are so proud of you. Your dedication is inspiring, and we absolutely love seeing you thrive.
