Our Tai Chi classes at Extend HealthCo are led by our wonderful OT, Eva, and focus on gentle movement, balance, coordination and mindful breathing. Tai Chi is a low-impact form of exercise that supports strength, flexibility and stability - making it perfect for all ages and abilities.
