The World AIDS Day 2025 message has two main themes: the global message is "Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response" from the World Health Organization (WHO) and UNAIDS, while Australia's theme is "No one left behind". Both messages call for ending the AIDS epidemic by addressing inequities, stigma, and discrimination, and emphasize the need for collective action, sustained political leadership, and inclusive, human-rights-centered approaches to ensure everyone can access prevention, testing, and treatment

Today, we honour every woman who has been hurt, silenced, or ignored — and we stand with all those who are still fighting for safety, dignity, and respect. Violence against women is a global reality that millions continue to face, whether at home, in public, or online. It is never acceptable.

Community Feedback Request – LikeMind Wagga Wagga

We’re excited to be launching a new LGBTQIA+ group at LikeMind for individuals aged 25 and over — including members and allies.

We are currently shaping what this group will look like – and your feedback is essential!

We’d love to hear your thoughts on:

Group Style: Would you prefer the group to have a formal structure or a more casual, informal atmosphere?

Facilitation: Would you like the group to be facilitated by a group member, a volunteer or a LikeMind clinician?

Type of Activities: Would you prefer a relaxed drop-in space for a cuppa and chat, or a more structured social group?

Session Duration: We’re considering sessions that run for 1.5 hours. Does this feel like the right length for you?

Meetings: Would you like to meet in person (LikeMind Wagga) or online (virtually)?

Preferred Days & Times: We have availability on Monday or Tuesday, between 8.30am and 4.30pm. Which day and time would suit you best?
