It’s been another massive day at Wahgunyah Primary! Our annual Water Fight, the Year 6 Tree Planting and then the final farewell with the Guard of Honour. And that’s a wrap on 2025!

Christmas Colours / Class Party Day

Today our students were surprised with an amazing day of activities and fun. This was all thanks to the generous contributions made from Uncle Toby’s in Wahgunyah who donated half of the funds to go towards the hire of these attractions through their Cash for Cans recycling program. The other part of the funds was raised through our generous family fundraising contributions. Our amazing Parent Group also funded hot chips, nuggets, icy-poles
and amazing Christmas cookies for all of the students and staff!! Santa even made a surprise appearance to hand out lollie bags. We also had some of the Uncle Toby‘s team come along to hand out special gift bags for every single student. What an amazing day!

Due to the heat we are canceling tennis coaching today. Temperatures are expected to peak at 5pm.

This was our last coaching and match play for the term. Happy hitting over the holidays and we look forward to seeing you in Term 1 2026.

This Saturday will be the final morning of match play before we break for the holidays.

Next Wednesday is the last coaching session for 2025.

Well done to everyone for a great term of tennis. A big thank you to parents who have been helping with match play on Saturdays, along with Hugh and Will who have been taking our orange and green ball groups.
