If you’re interested in becoming a facilitator for the Nedley Depression Anxiety Recovery Program (DARP), please register ASAP at bit.ly/WholisticHealth
and scroll down to the Nedley DARP Training under events.

The training is coming up very soon on 15th March 2026, 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.

A few important notes:

Each church must have at least 2 people attend the program: an Associate Director and a Facilitator.

If you’ve been trained before but did not attend in 2024/2025, you will need to update your training, as there is new material and training is compulsory.

Today is RU OK day! But it doesn't have to be just today. It can be any day. In fact it needs to be that we look out for others around us. Recently we finished the mental health first aid training. We learnt the actions of below to help others who may be going through a mental health crisis or simply discouragement. It's ALGEE (not in any order):
A - Approach, Assess and Assist
L - Listen and communicate without judgment
G - Give support and information
E - Encourage the person to get professional help
E - Encourage other supports
Be the light for someone today. Even to ask if they are ok and that your door is always open. Be ready with information to help others. Join the next Mental Health First Aid training. Wellness in Action Saves Lives.
