“You can’t record in here.”
Why not?
That’s my baby.
My body.
My appointment.
And one of the most sacred moments of my life.
But somehow, a policy says I can’t capture it?
Be serious.
Some of us have prayed for that heartbeat.
Some of us are there alone because our partner had to work or stay home with the kids.
Some of us are holding our breath after loss, desperate for reassurance.
And some of us just want to relive that moment, the first flicker, the first sound, the first proof that it’s real.
These are moments you can’t get back.
You can’t redo that feeling.
You can’t recreate that heartbeat.
Let parents record their ultrasounds.
We’re not trying to do anything except capture moment we can’t get back.
