Yes, I’m a nutritionist… and yes, I’m eating a cookie! 🍪
One of the biggest myths in nutrition is that you need to cut out your favourite foods to be “healthy.” I don’t believe in labelling foods as good or bad — food is just food. Some foods fuel us, some foods feed our soul, and all of them can have a place in a healthy lifestyle.

🚫 No punishing workouts to “burn off” what you ate
Instead, I believe in balance.
✔️ Enjoying dinner with friends.
✔️ Saying yes to birthday cake.
✔️ Training because you love feeling strong, not because you “have to.”
The truth is, cutting out the foods you love often backfires — it usually leads to overindulging later. But when you let them fit into your life, you can actually enjoy them without stress or guilt.
So here’s your reminder: you can lift heavy, crush your goals, and still eat the cookie. 💪🍪
