Seven Sisters Festival — I’m so honoured

For the first time ever, I’ll be presenting at the incredible Seven Sisters Festival, and I still can’t quite believe I get to say this…

I’m opening the Wind Tent with the very first act of the weekend — Earthed Meditation
A grounding, settling journey designed to help you land in your body, connect with the land, and arrive fully present and open for the magic ahead.

Then on Saturday morning at 7am, I’ll be guiding you to meet your Higher Self — a powerful, heart-led experience to receive clarity, guidance, and alignment as the weekend unfolds.

And of course, I’ll also be offering healing sessions in the Healing Haven throughout the festival

What a year.
So much growth — for me, and for the hundreds of clients and students I’ve had the honour of walking alongside this year.
I feel so blessed to be held by this beautiful community of light-workers who choose to grow, heal, and evolve with me. Thank you for being here 🤍

The Year of the Snake was never meant to be comfortable.
It was about endings, emotional purging, and letting go of versions of yourself that no longer fit.

If it felt heavy… confusing… exhausting
you weren’t failing. You were transforming.

not out of fear, but alignment.

Are we addicted to stress?

This might trigger a few people… but it’s worth talking about.

Many of us aren’t just stressed — we’re chemically addicted to it.
The rush. The urgency. The constant “go, go, go.”

Cortisol and adrenaline can become a dopamine hit, and over time it starts to feel normal. Necessary, even.

But when the body needs chaos to function, it’s worth asking:
what am I trying to suppress?

Awareness is where healing begins.

Not everything is an emergency!!!
I caught myself living like everything was an emergency.
Wiping the bench. School drop-off. Rushing, tense, holding my breath.

And I stopped and thought… none of this is life or death.

We’ve become so used to rushing that we don’t even notice we’re no longer present.

Sometimes the medicine is simple: pause, breathe, drink a glass of water at sunrise, and don’t rush to connect with the world.

My Daughters Medical Miracle

Within 12 months, she went from facing a future in a wheelchair to being completely symptom-free. Test results that were once “off the charts” returned to normal. When doctors couldn’t explain it, they called the earlier results false positives.


This is my wild story. And I can’t wait for the day when natural therapies are acknowledged as part of real, lasting healing.
