FACT: Our posture can determine how we move and feel.

Think about this for a second...

Our skeleton is our structure and acts to protect all of our vital organs.

Our skeleton is made of bones.
Bones connect to bones to form joints.
Muscles cross over those joints to make movement.
Movement starts off as signal that comes from our brain.
If muscles are the wrong lengths because the joints are in the wrong position the signal that gets sent from the from will be ALTERED.

This means not only how produce and accept force changes but how your body works as a machine.

REMEMBER...Posture isn’t just how you stand—it’s how your nervous system organizes your entire life.

Do you know your life path? It's a secret code that reveals your 'spiritual job description', path to happiness, ideal relationship and career energies, chakras you are healing, adult and childhood milestone ages and so much more....

Of the 117 billion people born on Earth, you are here. You are a miracle, with a Divine purpose you chose before birth (along with your family).

Numbers are the language of the Universe. They can predict earthquakes, sunrises and eclipses – why not the meaning of life?

Use the calculator on my site https://sarahyip.com/find-your-life-path/ to find your life path using the add across method (d+d+m+m+y+y+y+y).

Although this is only one of the ways to calculate your lifepath (and still considered controversial by some readers), it is the most accurate one I have researched.

In other methods, the day, month and/ or year are reduced before addition, which removes age turning points.

For example, I am a 29/11/2 lifepath Spiritual Messenger. In some systems, I am simply an 11 or 2 lifepath. Yet there is a profound difference between the 11 lifepaths (Pure 11, 29, 38, 47), which I have verified through many thousands of readings since 2007.

For example, at age 29, I picked up numerology, which changed my life, while at age 11, I had a 'crash course' in politics when someone drove into Parliament House to reach the Prime Minister (I am often around drama!)

P.S. It’s common to see your life path as an Angel Number e.g. those who see 11:11 often have Master 11 in their numerology chart/ or are Starseeds. Similarly, a 3 or 33/6 life path might see 333, etc.

Reaching out can be one of the hardest things to do when struggling with mental health challenges. I'm always here for a message or chat. Kindness, consideration, and compassion don't cost a damn thing!! 🥰
I'm not trained as a counselor, psychologist or other professional in that field but I do have my own experiences, coaching education, and happy to listen.
Here's a good reminder for yourself to take some time to check in what areas of life you may need to fill your cup. Whether, that is nutrition, activity, time out, connecting with others, getting a massage or healing treatment, etc. There are many avenues to get help.

Energy is driving our lives, but how we actually make it look is something that we're all creating day by day. And so, a message for you, especially if you're in the disempowerment side of everything that's going on on the planet, is use your voice, speak your truth, be who you are and stand for what you want to stand for on planet Earth in life.

It's really important at these times, especially when there are so many disempowering narratives flying around, it's okay to investigate all of those if you feel drawn to, and they might be your truth. But if they are taking away your ability to see a future that can be brighter than the future that some people might want to broadcast or create, it's going to be really important because creational energy is going to be needed to carry us through this next decade.
