Life takes us on many different journeys and for me right now I’m taking an extended break from my doula role. I need to focus my energy in other areas of my life. Thank you to everyone who has invited me to support them at those really special times, I will remember you all for sure. I also thank everyone who supported me while I was supporting others. So for now it’s bye and all the best with what life has to offer 😊💪🏼

Having all your ducks lined up in a row or in my case “cats”.😊 In life it’s nice to have those peaceful moments when you are organised and prepared for the next adventure. Pregnancy, childbirth & postpartum are no different, we need to be armed with all the tools and support for this journey but also need to be calm and relaxed to really be in the moments.
