Meet the Moose 🫎

My name is Michael and I’m the owner of Strength Community Disability Services.

We’re an NDIS-registered gym and support service, offering 1:1 Personal Training and Supported Exercise Programs. I’ve worked as a support worker for 12 years and as a disability personal trainer for the past 7 years. Strength training is a huge passion of mine, and I still actively compete at a high level.

What drives me most is seeing people set goals and work confidently towards achieving them.

I’m looking to connect with Participants, Support Coordinators, and Carers who want to get the most out of their supports and work towards better health, fitness, and overall wellbeing.
